For your comfort and concerns, Mercedes Service has implemented guidelines set forth by the CDC. These changes allow us to operate in different shifts to limit contact among store teams and other employees, while still being there for you and your vehicle. In addition, we're offering CONTACT FREE SERVICE , a service option that helps keep your car running properly and personal contact limited. 


We are also following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and taking a number of preventative measures, including:

  • Significantly increasing the disinfection of high-touch surfaces within our stores.

  • Investing in additional sanitizing products for store associates and guests, as available.

  • Encouraging personal hygiene, accompanied by additional hand washing guidance posted in stores for guests and associates.

WHAT IS A CONTACT FREE SERVICE REQUEST?

1. Book an appointment online or by phone.

2. Come to the store and call us from your car. We’ll ask for a description of your vehicle to help locate you.

3. A team member will come out to greet you, maintaining appropriate distance and wearing protective mask and gloves
